I spent many long nights transposing the word documentation provided by TAMU team members to the InDesign application for the yearly TPS and ATPS programs. Each of which was always close to 1000 pages. I created a variety of cover options, reviewed them internally, and then presented them to the client, often with much success on the first try.
In addition, I provided advertising support, creating spec sheets and delegating the development of the ads through a project management software called Smartsheet. It was a team effort to execute all the collateral needed for the multiple events hosted by TAMU. We worked hand-in-hand with them, often providing numerous concepts for a single piece, which I utilized as the backbone for the rest of the show. As a result, CME and I would receive raving reviews yearly from the show attendees and the TAMU team.
